Shipping Charges

·        Our standard shipping and handling charges are included in the prices listed on GPakistan.com website.

Delivery

·        At GPakistan.com we are fully committed to provide you the best quality product and service. Our delivery person will make every possible attempt to deliver the order on the requested delivery date

·        If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may deliver to the person who’s available at the address or to the neighbours or leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or may attempt delivery the next day.

·        GPakistan.com reserves the right to dispatch the gift items separately, not as a single package, if certain items in the package are not acceptable by certain couriers or if multiple suppliers are used to process the order.

Order Cancelation

·        For cancelation of order(s), please send your request to Contact@GPakistan.com, 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date – 5% cancellation charges will be applied on all the cancelled Order and your money will be refunded to you within 10 business days

·        Order once placed, cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date, as it’s booked with suppliers and courier for the delivery – No refund will be provided in such cases

·        GPakistan.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any point for any reason. In a case where an order is cancelled and not delivered, your money will be refunded to you within 10 business days

Item Substitution

·        In some cases, depending on availability and seasonal constrains it may be necessary to substitute items from those illustrated. In case of such a forced substitution greatest care will be taken to ensure that the substitute product delivered to be equal in quality and value to that ordered.

·        No refunds will be offered on orders where substituted item(s) of same or higher value was delivered

·        Items displayed on the website are for demonstration only. Actual item(s) delivered may vary from the original pictures.

Delivery Date

·        The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

·        We always try to deliver the item on the requested date, however sometimes we may fail due to late placement of orders, Incomplete address, curfews, security risks, acts of nature and others.

·        In case of late order delivery, sender will be notified via email and no refund will be offered

·        Same day delivery available, if mentioned in the product details and if order placed before 8 AM PST (Pakistan Standard Time) for that day– only applicable in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad

·        If you do not supply a delivery date we will deliver at the earliest opportunity.

Incomplete or Incorrect Order-Processing

·        If in any case the address and telephone is incomplete we will contact the customer and if no response is received within 24 hours, we shall dispose the gift items.

·        GPakistan.com does not offer refunds on perishable products like Flowers, Cakes, Fast Food Items etc, once the order is placed with the suppliers and the destination address turned out to be incorrect or partial

Refunds

·        GPakistan.com will refund you 100% if wrong or damaged product was delivered - very rare, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and do not use the product

·        It may take up to 5-10 business days to investigate the return request - once investigated and approved by our internal team, we will send you the instructions for re-delivering the gift back.

·        Any used product will not be subject to refund

·        Please note, GPakistan.com does not offer refunds on perishable products like Flowers, Cakes, Fast Food Items etc, once the order is placed with the suppliers and delivery

Other Related Policies

·        At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes address

·        GPakistan.com or Universal Web Modules shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed , late or non delivery of order(s), for any amount exceeding the value of order placed.

·        While GPakistan.com ensures to deliver best quality products from well-known suppliers, it is not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.

·        No refund will be offered if the receiver denies to accept the delivery

·        We cannot make shipment directly to those villages or towns which do not have access to courier services but arrangements could be made to the nearest main city from where the client can collect his shipment – Order originator is responsible to notify GPakistan.com of such instances

The sender is bound to above terms and conditions once he/she places the order. The sender should read the above terms and place the order with GPakistan.com only if they are acceptable by him/her.
